新疆班超鎂業有限公司（以下簡稱為“公司”）是哈密市盛鎂鎂業有限公司的控股子公司。公司成立于2022年1月14日，法定代表人王杰，注冊資本2億元人民幣，在職員工近300人，地址位于新疆生產建設兵團新星經濟技術開發區內，是兵團僅有的兩家金屬鎂生產企業之一，主要從事金屬鎂生產和銷售。
2022年第一季度公司通過技術改造恢復了原晉美鎂業年產5000噸金屬鎂的產能。2023至2024年計劃新增2條金屬鎂豎式還原生產線，通過提標改造將該金屬鎂產能提高到2萬噸。
班超鎂業定位是以金屬鎂制造為基礎，多元化綜合利用循環發展為目標的一家新型實業公司。公司計劃以鎂基產業拓展為基礎，充分利用哈密重要鎂基產業資源稟賦和區位優勢，整合產業鏈上游資源和企業，推動下游鎂合金新材料深加工產業發展，促進產業向“集群化、精細化、高端化”發展，打造綠色低碳循環利用產業集群。 “十四五”期間，公司與上下游企業合作， 計劃5年共投資112億元，建成哈密第一個鎂基產業高質量發展循環利用綜合體，實現年產值300億元、年稅收40億元，解決就業上萬人，成為十三師新星市新的重要增長極。

The company was established on January 14, 2022, with the legal representative Wang Jie, with a registered capital of 200 million yuan and 300 employees. The company is located in Xinxing Economic and Technological Development Zone of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, and is one of the only two magnesium metal production enterprises in the Corps, mainly engaged in the production and sales of magnesium metal.
In the first quarter of 2022, the company restored the original Jigme magnesium industry's annual production capacity of 5,000 tons of magnesium metal through technical transformation. From 2023 to 2024, it is planned to add two new magnesium metal vertical reduction production lines, and increase the magnesium metal production capacity to 20,000 tons through upgrading.
The position of super magnesium industry is a new type of industrial company based on metal magnesium manufacturing, diversified comprehensive utilization and recycling development as the goal. Based on the expansion of magnesium-based industry, the company plans to make full use of the resource endowment and location advantages of Hami's important magnesium-based industry, integrate upstream resources and enterprises of the industrial chain, promote the development of the downstream magnesium alloy new material deep processing industry, promote the development of the industry to "cluster, fine and high-end", and build a green low-carbon recycling industrial cluster. During the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, the company intends to cooperate with upstream and downstream enterprises, and plans to invest a total of 11.2 billion yuan in 5 years to build Hami's first magnesium based industry high-quality development recycling complex, achieve an annual output value of 30 billion yuan, annual tax revenue of 4 billion yuan, solve tens of thousands of employment, and become a new important growth pole of the thirteen division New star City.
