9月28日下午，班超集團2024年企業項目管理高級實戰培訓班圓滿收官。此次培訓以“項目經營管理之道”為主題，以聚焦“項目管理”“成本管理”為框架，旨在提升公司中高層干部隊伍的管理能力和業務水平，為公司戰略的制定凝聚共識。
培訓共7天，由導師姜詠、周淑慧和邱宇指導授課，對如何做到“提高項目成功率、優化資源配置、增強企業競爭力”等做了深入淺出的解讀。通過7天的學習、研討和感悟，學員們對“項目管理、成本管理、質量管理、如何破局”等，有了更深刻的認知。班超集團總經理劉貴平為此次培訓作總結講話，他強調，學習是一個開始，各位要把所學用到實踐中，對過去的工作做好復盤，力求做到學以致用，知行合一。

On the afternoon of September 28th, the Advanced Practical Training Course on Enterprise Project Management in 2024 of Ban Chao Group successfully concluded. With the theme of "The Art of Project Operation and Management" and focusing on the framework of "Project Management" and "Cost Management", this training aimed to enhance the management capabilities and professional standards of the middle and senior management teams of the company, and to converge consensus for the formulation of the company's strategy.
The training lasted for 7 days and was instructed and lectured by tutors Jiang Yong, Zhou Shuhui, and Qiu Yu. They provided in-depth and easy-to-understand interpretations of how to "improve the project success rate, optimize resource allocation, and enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise", etc. Through 7 days of study, discussion, and reflection, the trainees had a deeper understanding of "project management, cost management, quality management, and how to break the situation", etc.
